Revoliutsii Peak

the highest peak in the eastern section of the Iazgulem Range in the Pamir, Tadzhik SSR. Elevation, 6,974 m. The peak is covered with snow and ice. The northwestern slope faces the Fedchenko Glacier, and the southern slope falls steeply to the valley of the Bartang River. Revoliutsii Peak was first ascended in 1954 by Soviet mountain climbers led by A. Ugarov.
