Location: I-70 to Rifle exit, Highway 13 north through Rifle for 3 miles, then right onto CO 325 for 6 miles.
Facilities: 49 campsites, restrooms (é), 24 picnic sites, group picnic area, trails, boat ramp, visitor/nature center (é).
Activities: Camping, boating, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, water-skiing, sailboarding, jet skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, snow tubing, winter camping, interpretive programs.
Special Features: The clean, clear waters of the park's 350-acre reservoir offer some of the best water-sport opportunities in the state, including scuba diving. In addition, Rifle Gap is close to many ski areas, only 40 miles from Glenwood's famous hot springs, and is home to a variety of wildlife, including deer and elk.
