Location: Off West Tremont Avenue and Mattewson Road in the Bronx.

Special Features: Park includes an entertainment pavilion for live music and dance performances, and a waterfront promenade along the Harlem River. It is named for the first Latino-American inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
