Facilities: Picnic area, restrooms.
Activities: Bird watching, whale watching.
Special Features: Rocky Creek is an ocean-front park on a forested bluff overlooking the ocean. Offshore rocks provide spectacular wave action in storms and are nesting areas for birds and sea lions. The viewpoint is an official "Whale Spoken Here" site for watching migrating and resident gray whales.

daily at the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department's Whale Watching Center and adjacent seawall in Depoe Bay; at the Boiler Bay and Rocky Creek state scenic viewpoints, just north and south of Depoe Bay; and at the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area.
