Roháč Z Dubé, Jan
Year of birth unknown; died Sept. 9, 1437. Figure in the Hussite revolutionary movement. Hetman of the Taborites from 1421. Roháč z Dubé became the head of the Taborite forces after their defeat in Lipany in 1434. In 1436 he led the defense of the fortress of Zion, the last Taborite stronghold.
