Rosinski, Edward J. (1921–89) chemical engineer, inventor; born in Gloucester County, N.Y. The son of Polish immigrant parents, he combined practical laboratory work for the Mobil Oil Company with a night school education that finally earned him a B.S. in chemical engineering from Drexel University in 1956. With Charles J. Plank, he made significant breakthroughs in the technology of hydrocarbon conversions.
