Rzad Narodowy

    0.01 sec.
Rząd Narodowy

the central, collective organ of rebel authority during the Polish national uprisings of 1830–31, 1846, and 1863–64. Its membership and the character of its activity were determined by the leading forces of the revolts. Thus, in 1830–31 the Rząd Narodowy carried out the program of the conservative circles among the gentry, and in 1846 and 1863–64 it implemented the policies of the democratic elements among the gentry and bourgeoisie.
