The larger of two otoliths in the ear of most fishes.

Sagitta 

(or Arrow), a constellation in the northern celestial hemisphere. The visual magnitudes of its two brightest stars are 3.5 and 3.8. The best conditions for observing Sagitta are in July. The constellation is visible throughout the USSR. (SeeSTELLARSKY.)

Byline: howard wright NEWMARKET has been set "quite a challenge", in the words of managing director Lisa Hancock, after being told this week that Sagitta is dropping its sponsorship of the 1,000 and 2,000 Guineas.
NEWMARKET will have to look for a new sponsor for its Guineas meeting after being told that Sagitta would not be carrying on its backing.
It can be found between Vulpecula and Sagitta at (RA19 59 46 Dec+22 43 28), though a small four-inch scope may struggle to see more than a fuzzy patch at this time of year.
