Sapulpa

Sapulpa (səpŭl`pə), city (1990 pop. 18,074), seat of Creek co., E central Okla; inc. 1898. It is the trade center of a farm and oil region. Furniture, zinc alloys, dinnerware, glass, and floor coatings are manufactured. Nearby is Heyburn Reservoir.
