Seda 

a city in Mažeikiai Raion, Lithuanian SSR. Seda is located in the northwestern part of the republic on the Varduva River, a tributary of the Venta. It is 25 km from the Telŝiai railroad station on the Kretinga-Ŝiauliai line.


Seda 

an urban-type settlement in Valka Raion, Latvian SSR. It is located 3 km from the Strenči railroad station on the RigaValga line. Peat is excavated.
