Sikh
a member of an Indian religion that separated from Hinduism and was founded in the 16th century, that teaches monotheism and that has the Granth as its chief religious document, rejecting the authority of the Vedas http://www.sikhnet.com/ http://www.sikhs.org/ http://www.sikhseek.com/ Sikh a follower of Sikhism. Most Sikhs are Punjabi in nationality and live mainly in the Indian state of Punjab, although Sikh groups are scattered over all of India, with major concentrations in the large cities.
