Keith, Arthur 

Born Feb. 5, 1866, in Old Machar, Aberdeen; died Jan. 7, 1955, at Downe, Kent. British anatomist, primatologist, and anthropologist.

Keith’s research on fossil man and the evolution of hominids and his description of the remains of Paleoanthropinae from the caves of Mount Carmel are of great significance, as are his works on anatomy and primatology.
