Favorite book/s: "A few fast-paced thrillers that were also very thought-provoking that I've read recently at the beach include: Skinny Dip, by Carl Hiaasen; The Footprints of God, by Greg Iles; and Digital Fortress and The Da Vinci Code, both by Dan Brown. And their broad background in religion gives them a tremendous leg up on other journalists who just take a skinny dip in the spiritual waters when an assignment desk somewhere gets desperate to cover some religious angle. Skinny Dip and Gise are largely mixtures of fructose (a sugar), whey (a by-product of cheese-making), and added flavors and colors (Gise's are all natural). |
