Skylake

The sixth microarchitecture in Intel's Core family of CPU chips, introduced in 2015. Superseding Broadwell, Skylake uses the same 14 mm transistor technology but supports both DDR4 and DDR3L (low-voltage DDR3) memory chips. Skylake was superseded by Kaby Lake.
