Location: Kidder County, in south-central North Dakota. Activities: Hunting. Special Features: Refuge contains five semi-permanent lakes and marshes, plus 15 pothole areas, totalling over 900 acres. Habitats: 3,000 acres of gently rolling prairie dotted by numerous lakes and marshes with 975 acres of wetland. Access: Open year round.
