Sovet Ermenistany
(Soviet Armenia), a republic-wide Azerbaijani-language newspaper of the Armenian SSR. Founded in 1921, the newspaper originally appeared under the title Ranchbar (The Plowman). It was renamed several times and acquired its present name in October 1939. It is published in Yerevan three times a week. Circulation, 21,000 (1975).
