Special Steel

    0.01 sec.
Special Steel

the steel used in the production of special items or parts. Special steel includes carbon steel and alloy special steel; the term “special steel” is often incorrectly equated with the term “alloy steel.” Special steel is distinguished from other types of steel of similar composition by its unusual purity, which is a result of either the smelting and deoxidation or the special pouring and treatment methods.
