Rotary Saw 

a saw designed for longitudinal, transverse, and composite sawing and cutting of wood and wood materials; the cutting tool of a rotary saw is a circular saw.

The main parts of a rotary saw are the sawing shaft, stand, and feed mechanism and the drives for the sawing shaft and feed mechanism. Rotary saws may be of the single-blade, double-blade, or multiblade types, with manual or automatic feed. The speed of rotation of circular saws is 500–3,000 rpm, and the feed rate is 5–120 m/min.
