Sputnik Agitatora 

(Agitator’s Companion), a mass-circulation sociopolitical journal published by the Central Committee and Moscow Oblast Committee of the ACP(B). Published from 1923 to 1947 for the most active party and Komsomol members, agitators, and propagandists, it appeared twice a month until 1930 and three times a month subsequently. The journal published surveys and articles on political, economic, and cultural life in the USSR and on international politics and the international working-class and communist movements. The journal Agitator (Agitator) has been published since 1956.
