Starfire
The code name for Sun's high-end Ultra Enterprise 10000 server, which was introduced in 1997. It was an SMP-based system that supported up to 64 processors and 64GB of RAM. Widely used and visible during the dot-com bubble, the server family was superseded by the Sun Fire line beginning in late 2001.

Integrated StarFire is activated via an Over the Air licensing system, the company said.
The systems, RX Starfire and RX Fireline, are designed primarily to address the needs of moving web and moving gantry based systems that require high intensity, linear UV light sources.
