AS I see the situation with Teesside steelmaking, there has been a big increase worldwide of steel producing and maybe supply exceeds demand.
The economic and technological fundamentals of steelmaking are also described, as are basic pricing and export strategies.
The World Steel Association data sent to Steel Business Briefing, which cover 66 steelmaking countries and are partly estimated, put output in the first half of this year at 549 mt, down by 21.
