Location: Southwestern North Dakota, 8 miles southwest of Amidon. Activities: Fishing, wildlife observation. Special Features: Refuge features a wide variety of native grasses and forbs. Habitats: 1,590 acres of flowage wetlands (640 acres owned by FWS). Access: Year round during daylight hours. Wild life: Nesting waterfowl, shorebirds, and neo-tropical birds.
