Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis in which involvement of the viscera is prominent. Also known as Chauffard-Still disease.

The Definition of Rheumatoid Arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis, known as Still's disease when it affects children, is a condition that causes inflammation of joints and associated pain, swelling, and stiffness.
Nigel, who was born with a degenerative disorder known as Still's disease, a form of rheumatoid arthritis, never let his disability stop him from leading a normal life.
At first he is brought to a hospital to be treated along with other children with Still's Disease.
