A lease by a tenant to a subtenant of part or all of the premises leased by him, for part or all of the term of his lease.

In other words, if the original tenant sub-leases his/her property without the landlord's express written consent, then the original tenant risks the landlord terminating the lease, which in turn would mean that the sub-tenant loses his premises as well.
re signing a lease as a sub-tenant, then the head tenant, or landlord, is entitled to ask for a bond payment based on your weekly rent amount.
