In recent years, O'Connor has worked largely in the classical arena, composing and performing his own symphonic works with orchestras in the United States and abroad, as well as performing with his Hot Swing jazz trio, his Appalachia Waltz Trio and in solo recital.
Performing traditional American folk, swing jazz, bluegrass and Irish music, the artists will display talents developed under the instruction of Phil Salazar, a fiddler who began as a young violinist performing classical music.
