TV board

    0.29 sec.

TV board

An expansion board that contains a TV tuner. It derives its source from an antenna or cable like any TV set. Accompanying software is used to change the channel and create a video window that is displayed with other windows on screen. In a PC, the board is generally connected to the VGA adapter via the feature connector. The TV board may also cable directly to the computer's monitor or indirectly through the display adapter. See feature connector and VESA Advanced Feature Connector.
