We believe it's possible to infuse the present knowledge management system of school districts with the deep smarts or the unarticulated explicit and tacit knowledge that lies largely dormant in the collective minds of the teaching and administrative personnel in these districts.
[] Put someone in charge of documenting explicit and tacit knowledge when communicating among team members and make it easily accessible.
Tacit knowledge is intangible and not easily transferable, and therein lies the problem.
