TSAPI
(Telephony Services API) A telephony programming interface from Novell and AT&T. Based on the international CSTA standard, TSAPI is designed to interface a telephone PBX with a NetWare server to provide interoperability between PCs and telephone equipment.

Already, CTI implementers must choose between two popular application programming interfaces (APIs): * Novell/AT&T's Telephony Services API (TSAPI) allows a NetWare server to be connected directly to a PBX, giving users third-party call control for applications such as conference bridging, call monitoring, intelligent call routing and integration with NetWare Directory Services.
The Siemens Ready Program offers developer tools, technical and marketing support, and a testing environment for integration with Microsoft's Telephony API (TAPI), Novell's Telephony Services API (TSAPI), CSTA, IBM's CSA and other industry standards.
The SCO UNIX system-based version of CT-Connect will support the Microsoft Telephony API (TAPI) and Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) interfaces at initial release, and subsequently the Novell Telephony Services API (TSAPI) interface.
