They've landed pounds 250million in work under the Building Schools for the Future scheme since July after wins from councils in Bolton and Telford and Wrekin as well as pounds 70million earned from health projects.
Olton and West Warwicks eased through to round two of the Men's Cup with a 9-0 win over Worcester while Telford and Wrekin were 1-0 victors at Edgbaston.
The scheme is being proposed by the Telford and Wrekin NHS Trust and could involve vouchers for beauty, homeware or baby stores.
