I would be in favor of that in Los Angeles, but on the assumption they would be as efficient of a toll road system as the one in Orange County. The first toll road we traveled was the Connecticut Merritt Parkway. 3 million loan from the Inter-American Development Bank and Santander Investment to expand and operate a 60-kilometer toll road connecting Rio Bonito, Araurama and Sao Pedro da Aldeia in the state of Rio de Janeiro. |
