Tomoka State Park

Location: 3 miles north of Ormond Beach on North Beach Street.
Facilities: 100 full-facility campsites, youth group camp, 5 separate picnic areas with pavilions, playground, restrooms (é), 3 bathhouses with hot showers, nature trails, interpretive exhibits, boat ramp, canoe rentals, museum.
Activities: Camping, boating, canoeing, saltwater fishing, hiking, wildlife viewing, historical and interpretive programs.
Special Features: Located near the confluence of the Tomoka and Halifax rivers, park sits where early Native Americans once lived off the fish-filled lagoons. A museum at the park houses artworks by Fred Dana Marsh, wildlife displays, Native American artifacts, and exhibits about Florida history.
