During the fourth quarter, refined nickel production totalled 27,058 tonnes compared with 27,387 tonnes from the same quarter a year ago. Sales for the quarter consist of 105,000 tonnes of ultra-low volatile pulverized coal injection ("ULV-PCI") coal at an average price of $75. The investment will involve, among other things, building a modern new concentrator that will double ore production capacity from 18 million tonnes to 36 million tonnes. |
