TRAC Director Sarah Trethowan said the brand audit undertaken by Nixon, was about much more than just creating a new look for the company.
Working closely with such groups as the state Department of Transportation, the Department of Health and Human Services and even rental car companies, TRAC is the outcome of many of these collaborative discussions.
TRAC is codirected by Susan Long, a professor at Syracuse University, and David Burnham, a former investigative writer for the New York Times.
