(control systems)
A type of continuous-path control in which a robot's path is calculated based on mathematical models of joint acceleration, arm loads, and actuating signals.

Thales is responsible for the landing system per se, the rotorcraft system as well as for the trajectory control system, while DCNS is in charge of 'ship motion prediction', deck landing strategy and for the system needed to secure the aircraft on the deck.
It takes a lot of golf ball control, a lot of trajectory control and imagination as well.
I didn't have the trajectory control that I do now and certainly didn't have the 10 years' experience of playing out on the Tour.
