C3Cl3N3O3A crystalline substance that releases hypochlorous acid on contact with water; melting point is 246-247°C; soluble in chlorinated and highly polar solvents; used as a chlorinating agent, disinfectant, and industrial deodorant. Also known as symclosene; trichloroiminocyanuric acid.
