Trollhättan

a city in western Sweden, in the Iän (county) of Älvsborg, on the Göta älv near Trollhättan Falls. Trollhättan is a major machine-building center; motor vehicles, jet aircraft engines, printing equipment, hydroturbines, marine diesel engines, and nuclear reactors are manufactured. The city has a 220-megawatt hydroelectric power plant.
