Tuan
(Phascogale tapoatafa), also pouched mouse, a mammal of the family Dasyuridae. The body measures 16–22 cm in length, and the tail is 16–23 cm long. The coloration is grayish above and white below; the tail has a brush of long black hairs. The tuan occurs in Australia. It is an agile tree climber and lives in hollow trees and holes in the ground.
