| Northern Ontario isn't technically an underdeveloped country, and Lord knows we aren't crazy enough to try anything like they do in BC. When Mattel first broke ground here in 1967, Taiwan was still considered an underdeveloped country. There are many, many issues involved in outsourcing besides just seeking cheaper labor rates in an underdeveloped country, and company managements are generally bright enough to recognize this. |
