Usinsk 

an urban-type settlement and the administrative center of Usinsk Raion, Komi ASSR. Located on the right bank of the Usa River, not far from its influx into the Pechora River and 150 km north of the Pechora railroad station on the Koltas-Vorkuta line. Population, 17,000 (1975). Usinsk is the center of an oil district.
