Ustinovka

an urban-type settlement and the administrative center of Ustinovka Raion, Kirovograd Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located 85 km southeast of Kirovograd, Ustinovka is 22 km from the Kazanka railroad station on the Znamenka-Nikolaev line. The settlement has a creamery; as of 1976, a mixed-feed mill was under construction.
