Vantaa (vän`tä), Swed. Vanda, city (1998 pop. 173,860), Southern Finland prov., S Finland. Located 6 mi (9.7 km) N of Helsinki, it is part of the Helsinki metropolitan area. High-technology and information sciences are important to Vantaa's economy. A science center, aviation museum, and aquarium are here; other notable sights include the Church of St. Laurentius. This competition-winning project for a funerary chapel adds a new element to a historic church site in Vantaa, just to the north of Helsinki. After 3 washes, 50% 2,2'-azino-di-(3-ethyl-benzthiazoline sulfonate) substrate was added and incubated for 25 min before analysis at 405 nm with a Multiskan microtiter plate reader (Labsystems, Vantaa, Finland). Conex extruders are built and sold to Conenor licensees by Maillefer Extrusion Oy in Vantaa, Finland. |
