Varva 

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Varva Raion, Chernigov Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located on the Udai River (Dnieper Basin) 33 km from the Priluki railroad station. Population, 9,800 (1968). There are two brick-making plants and a creamery in Varva.
