Vestnik Finansov, Promyshlennosti I Tor-Govli 

(Journal of Finance, Industry, and Trade), journal of the Ministry of Finance of tsarist Russia. It was published in St. Petersburg from 1885 to 1917. The journal printed articles and surveys on the economy of Russia and other countries, official materials, and statistical and current commercial information. The following supplements were published: Ukazatel pravitel’stvennykh rasporiazhenii po Ministerstvu finansov (Index of Government Regulations for the Ministry of Finance; independent publication from 1865 to 1883), Balansy chastnykh kreditnykh uchrezhdenii (Balances of Private Credit Institutions), Otchety torgovykh i promysh-lennykh predpriiatii (Accounts of Trading and Industrial Enterprises), Svody tirazhei (Tables of Winning Lottery Numbers), and Torgovo-promyshlennaia gazeta (Trade-Industry Gazette; in 1892-93—in 1894 it became an independent publication). The publication of the journal was discontinued after the October Revolution in late 1917.
