Viewperf

A benchmark created by IBM that is used to test graphics performance. It is endorsed by the OPC Group for OpenGL benchmarking. Major update Viewperf 10 was released in 2007 with new features to evaluate higher-quality imaging workstations, as well as the effect of multicore systems on graphics content. Additionally, Viewperf's architecture was improved in this version by separating the benchmark from its viewsets for the first time. This change enables smaller downloads and more frequent updates of the software's functionality. Viewperf supports Windows 32/64 and Linux/Unix. OPC is part of the SPEC/GPC organization. For more information, visit www.spec.org. See OPC.
