A modem technology for simultaneous voice and data transmission over the same line from Radish Communications Systems, Inc., Boulder, CO. VoiceView works in different modes. One mode can transmit up to regular V.34 speeds for data only with up to an eight-second delay to change to voice. Another mode, suited for sending small amounts of data, uses 9,600 bps for simultaneous voice and data. See SVD. |
