Vyshka

 

the republic Russian-language newspaper of the Azerbaijan SSR. Published in Baku, Vyshka comes out six times a week. It was founded in 1928 as a mass newspaper for Baku workers and the organ of the city committee of the Party. In 1963, Vyshka became the republic newspaper. Its circulation was more than 60,000 copies in 1971.
