Walker, Timothy

Walker, Timothy (1802–56) legal scholar; born in Wilmington, Mass. In 1833 he founded a private law school which later affiliated with Cincinnati College (1835). His book, Introduction to American Law (1837), was highly acclaimed and published in several editions.
