Warde, Frederic (b. Arthur Frederick Warde) (1894–1939) typographer; birthplace unknown. Influenced by European craftsmen on his travels abroad, he produced classically attractive works for Princeton University Press and the Limited Editions Club, as well as under his own Pleiad imprint.
