| WHITEHORSE -- The residents of Watson Lake are now able to access alcohol and drug counselling weekly via a new telehealth program announced today by Health and Social Services Minister Peter Jenkins. A day's drive north of Watson Lake is Whitehorse, capital of the Yukon and terminus of the White Pass and Yukon Railroad.
