Westbrook

Westbrook, city (1990 pop. 16,121), Cumberland co., SW Maine, an industrial suburb W of Portland; founded 1657, inc. as a city 1891. Its manufactures include shoes and paper and wood products. An industrial park (opened in 1969) is in Westbrook.
